Pairing of Wine and Olive Oil
Together with our friends and neighbours from the Son Miranda estate – just two kilometres down the road – we have put together a route that will help you to discover these two worlds: Wine from Santa Catarina winery and Olive Oil from the Son Miranda estate.
Meeting point: Finca Son Miranda at 11.00 am. We will begin the tour with a visit to the Finca’s olive grove and a tasting of the high quality olive oils to later on move to Santa Catarina’s Winery where you will enjoy a visit to the vineyard and winery, a tasting of its reputated wines, ending with a lunch in front of the vineyards.
