Prensal Blanc ist eine heimische, wei\u00dfe Rebsorte, die in einigen Gebieten der Insel auch „Moll“ genannt wird. Es handelt sich um eine sehr alte Sorte, die einst auf der Insel die am weitesten verbreitete war und gew\u00f6hnlich f\u00fcr Cuv\u00e9es mit anderen Sorten verwendet wurde.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Da der Prensal sehr ertragreich ist, waren die Weine d\u00fcnn, mit einem sehr niedrigen Alkoholgehalt. Aus diesem Grund haben wir alle Anstrengungen unternommen, um den Ertrag in den Weinbergen zu reduzieren um einen 100%igen Prensal Blanc-Wein zu erzeugen.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Es handelt sich um einen sortenreinen Merlot aus dem Jahrgang 2016, hergestellt aus streng selektierten Trauben von \u00fcber 30 Jahre alten Rebst\u00f6cken einer einzigen Parzelle.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
